John Mark Ramsey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sentio Investments, LLC. Over his career, Mr. Ramsey has led investments totaling more than $7.5 billion in asset value across various fund and asset strategies.

Previously, he was the Founder, President, CEO, and Board Member of Sentio Healthcare Properties, Inc., a public REIT he successfully led to a historic sale to a global private equity firm in 2017, following significant growth capital deployment from KKR. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a regional senior living owner, operator, and developer, and also served as Senior Vice President of Investments at CNL Retirement Corp until its acquisition by HCP in 2006.

Committed to advancing the senior housing sector, Mr. Ramsey serves on the board of Westminster Communities of Florida and previously served on the NIC Middle Market Advisory Board. An active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), he also served as a Director of the FSU Real Estate Center.
