Sentio Investments is headquartered in Orlando’s Packing District, a burgeoning 200-acre master-planned community led by Dr. Phillips Charities. Our office is housed in a decades-old, repurposed warehouse—a space that once stood at the center of Florida’s industrial citrus industry.

We chose this location to honor the legacy of hard work and agricultural innovation that Dr. Phillips established nearly a century ago. Today, as the District undergoes a vibrant transformation into a hub of wellness, art, and commerce, we draw inspiration from its adaptive spirit. Operating from this historic footprint, we combine the grit of the area’s industrial past with the forward-thinking energy of the modern Packing District to drive our institutional real estate investment strategies.
