Julia Avallone is an accounting leader at Sentio Investments, LLC, where she supports the accounting function, including month-end close, acquisition accounting, and Yardi database administration.

Since leaving KPMG in 2013, Julia has built extensive experience in the senior housing industry through leadership roles spanning accounting, asset management, internal audit, and finance. She previously served as Controller for a regional senior housing operator overseeing independent living (IL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC), and skilled nursing facility (SNF) communities, supporting operations with a blend of private-pay and public-pay residents. Most recently, Julia served as Vice President of Finance for a private equity-backed operator, supporting financial operations across a portfolio of more than 25 IL, AL, and MC communities.

Passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles across all stages of life, Julia teaches early childhood physical education and leads strength training classes at her local YMCA.
