Spenser Gilliand is a Managing Director at Sentio Investments, LLC. In his role, Mr. Gilliand is primarily responsible for the firm’s acquisitions platform. Over his career, Mr. Gilliand has worked on acquisitions and originations totaling more than $2.0 billion in asset value across various fund and asset strategies.

Prior to joining Sentio, Mr. Gilliand was a Principal at Walton Street Capital, where he was responsible for leading sourcing and acquisitions in senior housing nationwide, as well as in the multifamily and industrial sectors in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic U.S.
